Two top executives from Water Standard make the cut in the Water/WasteWater Industry
Once a year, the global water/wastewater industry votes on the top 25 industry leaders and these votes are culminated in Water & Wastewater International’s (WWi) “Top 25 Water Industry Leader’s” list. The candidates are nominated by an advisory committee of experts who submit their entries and then the WWi readers vote on who they think deserves to be part of the top 25.
Water Standard is pleased to announce that two of their top executives landed on this prestigious list this year.
Lisa Henthorne, Sr. VP and CTO of Water Standard, ranked #5 on the list, demonstrating that her knowledge and experience sets her apart in this industry. She currently sits on the board of the Produced Water Society and holds three U.S. patents in water treatment with multiple U.S. and international patents pending. Ms. Henthorne was the first female president of the International Desalination Association from 2007-2009 and sat on the board for Directors for 16 years. She has 25+ years in the desalination and water treatment industry.
Amanda Brock, CEO and founder of Water Standard, ranked #17 on the list and is viewed as an industry strategist. She has spent her career focused in the global oil and gas, power, and water sectors and is regularly invited to speak at global conferences on the water energy nexus. Ms. Brock serves on the Board of Texas Business Hall of Fame, the Harte Research Institute for Gulf of Mexico Studies, and the Advisory Board of Texas Executive Women. Ms. Brock recently led the charge in Water Standard’s recent acquisition of Monarch Separators, another Houston based water treatment company.
